Limitation on flow modelling and magnetic field at CMB

• precision of the observation,

• in core flow at CMB developed in SH:

  • no information on SH degree > 12,
  • well determined for SH degree < 5;

• only flows with rapid decrease in space and time domains are immune from aliasing

  • necessity of damping

• spectrum of flow decreases in 1/l2
